Check in from 14 o’clock midday.
Please fill out,and sign all necessary paperwork,before checking into your room.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity.
Checkout is by 10 am on the day of departure.
In case of a late departure we have the right to charge an extra day.

The price of the room is payable in advance,in all instances. In case of a lengthy stay, all invoices are payable in seven day cycles.
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9:30 am, by previous arrangement.
In the interest of your own safety please remember to lock the gate.
Please don’t bring any pollutants or hazardous materials into your room,as well as, only use electrical equipment supplied by our establishment, with the exception of hairdryers,electric razors,or personal IT equipment.
You are liable for any damage caused by carelessness. Our establishment is entitled to withhold property in token of any outstanding bill, or cost of damages from our departing guests.
Our establishment accepts no responsibility for any personal items, or valuables left behind in the room,or cars, or any valuables left in cars in our parking lot.
